2.We will ship the goods that you order from us by EMS,DHL,UPS,TNT or FEDEX.We will decided to choose which courier depend on Different countries.To find the best way to delivery the goods for you.
3. As usual you can get the goods with in 4-7days.If the goods were lost or not received for other reasons,please contact me Immediately .
4.We don't take responsible for any taxes or customs fee.International Buyers please note:
a. Import duties,taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shpping charges.These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
b.Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additonal costs will be prior to bidding /buying.

HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS:
Please contact beautycosmeticstore within 14 days of shipment for a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning your product to beautycosmeticstore .No returns of any type will be accepted without a RA number.For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RA number: customer name,order number, and the reason for the return.Once an item arrives at beautycosmeticstore,we will immediately send a replacement or issue a refund.Returns must be made within 15 days of Return Authorization being provided.Shipping charges:Original shipping charges are not refundable.
